In the world of program management consulting, nothing matters more than delivering accurate analysis in time to make critical decisions.
Accurate analysis only comes from seasoned experts who’ve been there before and lived to tell about it.
Delivering that analysis on-time happens only when you’re agile enough to place the right expert, in the right place, at the right time.
This is what we do.
At Figueroa & Associates, we focus on delivering accurate, agile, experience-based solutions for both Government and commercial customers. Our expertise runs deep and spans the breadth of strategic systems acquisition planning, systems engineering & requirements analysis, program execution& integration, and transition to operations. We cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with our clients, gaining clear insight into their challenges and creating and implementing customized, proven strategies for success.
Each and every program brings with it a unique set of requirements and challenges. We apply a multi-disciplined approach to align program requirements, capability need dates, and fiscal resources into a credible plan that is both executable and minimizes program risk.
The biggest challenge in building bid solicitation packages is ensuring that it results in proposals that meet the requirement. This is never as simple as it sounds. We employ a collaborative delivery model to deliver full-service expertise from market research through contract award. We have deep experience in creating evaluation criteria and instructions to offerors, model contract development, and source selection planning & execution.
The best laid plans are only as good as the paper (or megabytes) they occupy if they aren’t effectively executed with rigor and discipline. Our team of highly skilled program managers’ leadership and consultative experience spans the entire spectrum of programs, both in scale and complexity, from multi-million dollar technology demonstrations and software upgrades to billion dollar National Security Space satellite development programs.
The most effective and efficient systems are grounded in reliable, repeatable processes. We have extensive experience in architecture planning, requirements analysis, functional analysis, trade-off and effectiveness studies, risk management, and performance measurement.
In many projects, the most challenging stage is actually getting the capability into the users’ hands. We have hands-on experience in planning and executing fielding and transition activities, trial period, operational acceptance, and functional & physical configuration audits.
